There are several options to configure a Keyword Selection.
Option #1
Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
Select the Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Office button and then select the Templates Selection Keyword option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.
- Write the description of the Keyword Selection and select the user, who will use it.
- Then press the Add button, located in the center of the screen, to add the detail of the possible answer.
- The following screen will be displayed, to write the description of the answer:
- Press the Save button.
- The configured answers will be displayed automatically.
- This is how it will be displayed when creating a template with the Keyword Selection:
- When the Keyword in template link is displayed, click on it.
- The following screen will be displayed:
Select the desired option.
Once selected, press the Save button.
Option #2
- Press the Settings button in the main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Office button and then select the Templates Selection Keyword option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.
- Write the description of the Keyword Selection and select the user, who will use it.
- Then press the Add button, located in the center of the screen, to add the detail of the possible answer.
- The following screen will be displayed, to write the description of the answer:
- Press the Save button.
- The configured answers will be displayed automatically.
- This is how it will be displayed when creating a template with the Keyword Selection:
- When the Keyword in template link is displayed, click on it.

Select the desired option.
Once selected, press the Save button.
