There are several options to configure a set of commands for a specific diagnosis. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Order Sets option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button to add tasks, orders, medications and referral templates for a specific condition.


  • Type the name of the order description, for the specific condition. 


  • Select the provider that will use this order. If it is for all providers, leave the box blank.

          

Diagnostics (Triggers)

  • Press the Add button, located in the Diagnostics section, to add a diagnosis related to the condition. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:

         

Procedures 

  • Press the Add button, located in the Procedures section, to add a procedure, related to the condition.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


Educations

  • Press the Add button, located in the Educations section, to add an education, related to the condition.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


Orders

  • Press the Add button, located in the Orders section, to add an order, related to the condition. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:

         

Tasks

  • Press the Add button, located in the Tasks section, to add a task, related to the condition.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


Referrals

  • Press the Add button to create a Template of a referral related to the condition.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


Medications

  • Press the Add button, located in the Medications section, to add medications, related to the condition.


  • The following screen will be displayed:

         

  • Press the Save button to save the changes. 
  • This will display the created Order Set from the Clinical screen:


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Order Sets option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button to add tasks, orders, medications and referral templates for a specific condition.


  • Type the name of the order description, for the specific condition. 


  • Select the provider that will use this order. If it is for all providers, leave the box blank.

  • Press the Save button to save the changes. 
  • This will display the created Order Set from the Clinical screen:


Option #3
