There are several options to configure a set of commands for a specific diagnosis.
Option #1
Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
Select the Settings option.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Click on the Clinical button and then select the Order Sets option.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Add button to add tasks, orders, medications and referral templates for a specific condition.

- Type the name of the order description, for the specific condition.

- Select the provider that will use this order. If it is for all providers, leave the box blank.

Diagnostics (Triggers)
- Press the Add button, located in the Diagnostics section, to add a diagnosis related to the condition.
- The following screen will be displayed:

Procedures
- Press the Add button, located in the Procedures section, to add a procedure, related to the condition.

- The following screen will be displayed:

Educations
- Press the Add button, located in the Educations section, to add an education, related to the condition.

- The following screen will be displayed:

Orders
- Press the Add button, located in the Orders section, to add an order, related to the condition.
- The following screen will be displayed:

Tasks
- Press the Add button, located in the Tasks section, to add a task, related to the condition.

- The following screen will be displayed:

Referrals
Press the Add button to create a Template of a referral related to the condition.
- The following screen will be displayed:

Medications
- Press the Add button, located in the Medications section, to add medications, related to the condition.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Save button to save the changes.
- This will display the created Order Set from the Clinical screen:

Option #2
- Press the Settings button in the main menu.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Click on the Clinical button and then select the Order Sets option.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Add button to add tasks, orders, medications and referral templates for a specific condition.

- Type the name of the order description, for the specific condition.

- Select the provider that will use this order. If it is for all providers, leave the box blank.

- Press the Add button, located in the Medications section, to add medications, related to the condition.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Save button to save the changes.
- This will display the created Order Set from the Clinical screen:

Option #3

Select the Order Set option.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Add button to add tasks, orders, medications and referral templates for a specific condition.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Save button to save the changes.
- This will display the created Order Set from the Clinical screen:
