There are several options for associating a diagnosis with education. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Education Handouts option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Templates button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Select all educations, which you want to deliver to a patient and write an appropriate description. (In this example, educations will be saved, to be delivered to patients with Hypertension).


  • If the Education Handout Template is for a specific provider, select it in the Providers field.


  • If it is for use by all providers, leave the field blank. 
  • Press the Save button.


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Education Handouts option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Templates button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Select all educations, which you want to deliver to a patient and write an appropriate description. (In this example, educations will be saved, to be delivered to patients with Hypertension).


  • If the Education Handout Template is for a specific provider, select it in the Providers field.


  • If it is for use by all providers, leave the field blank. 
  • Press the Save button.
