Description
Screen where the orders provided to the patient are displayed, among the orders that are displayed are: medication prescriptions, education, referrals, laboratory orders, images or procedures.
Access
Through Main Menu
In the main menu, press the “Clinical” button.
Select a patient from any section of the screen.
Once the patient is selected, press the “View Orders” button, located at the top of the screen.
Through Advanced Progress Note
- Navigate to the “Advanced Progress Note” screen.
- Press the “View Orders” button, located in the “Side Bar” section.
- Or, press the Search button, located at the top left of the screen and then select the “View Orders” button.
Through Appointments
- In the main menu, press the “Appointments” button.
- Select the patient.
- Once the patient is selected, press the “View Orders” button, located at the top of the screen.
- Then, select the “View Orders” option.
Through Patient Details
- In the main menu, press the “Patients” button.
- Select the patient. Once the patient is selected, press the “More” button, located at the top of the screen.
- Then, select the “View Orders” option.
Through QuickLinks
- Click on the “QuickLinks” text, located at the top of the main menu.
- Then select the “Appointments” option.
- Select the patient.
- Once the patient is selected, press the “View Orders” button, located at the top of the screen.
- Then, select the “View Orders” option.
- You can also select the “Patients” option.
- Select the patient. Once the patient is selected, press the “More” button, located at the top of the screen.
- Then, select the “View Orders” option.
Sections
Button
- Print Todays Orders: Allows you to print the orders sent to the patient on the same day of the encounter.
- Close: Closes the screen.
- Table: Place where the information will be displayed. (Drug prescriptions, educations, referrals, lab orders, images, or procedures.)
- Print: At the end of each column, you will find the Print button. Pressing, will again display the order to be printed.
