There are several options for deleting contacts in an office or center directory.  

Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Office button and then select the Office Directory option. 
  • The following screen will be displayed


  • Select the contact you wish to delete from the office or center directory.
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:         
  • Press the Yes button, to delete the selected contact from the office directory. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.  


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Office button and then select the Office Directory option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed


  • Select the contact you wish to delete from the office or center directory.
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:         
  • Press the Yes button, to delete the selected contact from the office directory. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.


Option #3 

  • Go to the Appointments screen.
  • Press the More button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Office Directory option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed


  • Select the contact you wish to delete from the office or center directory.
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:         
  • Press the Yes button, to delete the selected contact from the office directory. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.


Option #4

  • Go to the Patient Details screen.
  • Press the More button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Office Directory option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed


  • Select the contact you wish to delete from the office or center directory.
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:         
  • Press the Yes button, to delete the selected contact from the office directory. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.
