Several options are available to set up a personalized clinical evaluation.


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Evaluation Types option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:  
  • Press the Edit Types button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:      


  • The Evaluation Type Settings screen already comes with the Goals, Cognitive Status and Functional Status options. If you wish to add another custom clinical evaluation, right-click to add, edit or delete the selected evaluation. 


  • If you wish to create more options, under one of the categories, select the type of evaluation and press the Advanced Comments button. 


  • The following screen will be displayed to select a comment related to the selected category:


  • This will be displayed in the Custom Evaluation screen.


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 

  • The following screen will be displayed: 

  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Evaluation Types option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:  
  • Press the Edit Types button, located at the top of the screen.

  • The Evaluation Type Settings screen already comes with the Goals, Cognitive Status and Functional Status options. If you wish to add another custom clinical evaluation, right-click to add, edit or delete the selected evaluation. 


  • If you wish to create more options, under one of the categories, select the type of evaluation and press the Advanced Comments button. 


  • The following screen will be displayed to select a comment related to the selected category:


  • This will be displayed in the Custom Evaluation screen.
