Existen varias opciones, para configurar los códigos frecuentes, por proveedor o grupo. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Frequent Codes option.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:
    • Note: If you are a new provider, this screen will be displayed empty. You can do the configuration by group as well. 


  • Right-click on the second column and select the Add Group option.  


  • The following will be added to the screen:


  • Type the description of the group in the blue section and then press the Enter key. (Hypertension). 


Search and select the code, which you want to add to the created group. 

  • Once selected, press the right mouse button and select the Add to option and the group you wish to add the selected code to.


  • The user has two options to add diagnostics to the group.


Option #1: Right-click on the diagnosis.

  • Click on the diagnosis, right-click on the diagnosis, select the Add To option and then select the group you wish to add the diagnosis to (for this example, only one group will be displayed).

      

  • When the action is performed, the diagnosis will be copied to the selected group.


Option #2: Dragging the diagnosis to the group.

  • Select the diagnosis you want to move by pressing the right mouse button. 
  • Drag the code to the column where the group is located.


  • Continue adding codes according to your preference.
  • This configuration will be displayed in the Multiple Code Selection screen.


Note: This screen, which is used in many sections of our program, displays the information according to the section where it is raised. For example, if you open it from the Problem List screen, it will only display the ICD 10 codes, if it is brought up from the procedure section, it will only display the procedure codes.


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:
