Description
Displays the history of alerts created for the selected patient. (Does not include office alerts)
Access
Through Main Menu
- Select a patient on the Appointments screen, click on the More button, located at the top of screen.
- Then select the Alerts option and then select the Patient Alert History option.
Through QuickLinks
- Click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of screen.
- Select either the Appointments or Patients option.
- In both screens select patient. The click on the More button, located at the top of screen.
- Select the Alerts option and then select the Patient Alert History option.
Through Patients
- Select a patient on the Patients Details screen, click on the More button, located at the top of screen.
- Select the Alerts option and then select the Patient Alert History option.
Sections
- Close: Allows to close screen.
- Chart: Displays all the patient's created alerts.
