Description

Used to create recurring appointments for a specific patient, formerly known as Recurring Appointments.


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Appointments button on the Main Menu screen.
  • Once on the Appointments screen, click on the "More" button located at the top of the screen and select the "Schedule" button.
  • Or click on the Schedule button located in the Side Panel section at the right side of the screen. 

Through QuicklLinks

  • Click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of the screen and select the Appointments option.
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click on the "More" button located at the top of the screen, and select the "Schedule" button.
  • Or click on the Schedule button, located in the Side Panel section, on the right side of the screen.
  • Or click on the Schedule button, located in the Side Panel section, on the right side of the screen.
  •  Once on the "Appointments" screen, press the "Search" button located at the top of the screen and select the "Appt. Search" option.

Through Patients 

  • Click on the Patients Detail button in the Main Menu screen.
  • Once in the Patients Detail screen, click on the Appointments button located at the top of the screen.
  • Once on the Appointments screen, click on the "More" button and then select the "Schedule" option.
  • Users can also click on the Schedule button, located in the Side Panel section, on the right side of the screen.


Sections


Buttons

  • Print: Display the report with the dates of the recurring appointments created. (Note: They can only be printed when selecting dates before pressing the "Create" button.)
  • Save: Saves created appointments.
  • Close: Close the screen.
  • Search: Place where the search for the patient who wants to create recurring appointments is conducted. 
  • Start Date: Today, you will start calculating recurring appointments.
  • Every: Period when recurring appointments will be scheduled. (Days, weeks and months.)
  • Until: Day when recurring appointments will end. (Until they apply.)
  • Preferred Day: Preferred day for recurring appointments.
  • Hour: Preferred time for the recurring appointment.
  • Provider: The provider will see the patient on the day of recurring appointments.
  • Select All: Allows you to select all appointments that are displayed in the table.
  • Office: Allows you to select the office to which recurring appointments will be created.
  • Duration: Duration applied to recurring appointments.
  • Appointment Type: Type of appointment that will apply to all recurring appointments.
  • Board: Place where recurring appointments will be displayed once the "Refresh" button is pressed.
