Description
This setting enables the user to choose the format for the progress note report. When this option is selected, the sections "Chief Complaint," "Present Illness," "Past History," and "Custom Evaluation" will be displayed as lists. If not selected, these areas will appear in a paragraph format. (Refer to examples.)
Access
Through Main Menu
- Click on the 'Clinical' button in the main menu.
- Select a patient from any section of the 'Clinical Records' screen.
- After selecting the patient, click on the 'Settings' button at the top of the screen.
- Choose the 'Print Progress Note as sorted list' option in the 'Printout Settings' section.
