Description

The portal serves as a management system for patient appointments, catering to "Hosted" clients. It is also accessible to providers who do not use EHRez for their electronic medical records.(This portal incurs an additional cost. Access


Sections 


  • Search Appointments: Enables searching for appointments by name, provider, or appointment type.
  • New Appointments: Pressing this allows the addition of new patient appointments.
  • Refresh: Refreshes the appointment screen.
  • Clear Filter: Enables clearing of all selected filters.
  • Hide / Show Filters: Enables the hiding or displaying of filters.
  • Export: Enables the export of patient appointment reports to PDF format or Excel.
  • Cancel: Deletes the text in the search field. 
  • Add: Add a patient appointment.
  • Reports: Enables the creation of appointment reports.
  • Logout: Enables a user to log out of the system.
  • Previous: Date: Enables the return to a previous date.
  • Calendar: Enables filtering and/or selecting dates in the calendar.
  • Next Date: Enables transition to the subsequent date.
  • Patients: Enables the selection of patients for display on the screen, including all patients, or filtering by existing or new patients.
  • Offices: Enables the selection of a specific office or facility, or all offices or facilities.
  • Specialties: Enables the selection of specific providers specialties or all specialties. 
  • Providers: Enables the selection of specific providers or all providers within an office or facility.
  • Types: Select appointment types tailored to the office or opt for all available appointment types within the office or center.
  • Status: Select specific appointment statuses or choose to apply all available appointment statuses.


Board 


  • Date / Time: Displays the date and time of office appointments using the chosen filter.
  • Patient: Displays the patient's name using the selected filter.
  • Office: The system presents the office or appointment center based on the chosen filter.
  • Provider: Displays the provider allocated to the office appointment using the chosen filter.
  • Type: It displays the type of appointment allocated to the office, based on the chosen criteria.
  • Status: Displays the status of office appointments according to the chosen filter.
  • Actions: This enables the execution of the following actions:
  • Edit Appointment: Allows for the modification of the chosen appointment.


  • Send SMS: Enables the sending of text messages to a selected patient. (Note: It is required for the patient to have a mobile phone number on record, and the office must activate its text messaging service.)
  • Appointment Log: Displays the users and the times they performed actions, associated with the selected patient.

 

Bottom screen

  • Total: Displays the total number of appointments for the office or facility, as determined by the applied filters.
  • Unconfirmed: Displays the total number of unconfirmed appointments from the office or facility, as filtered by the selected criteria.
  • Confirmed: Displays the total number of confirmed appointments from the office or facility using the selected filters.
  • Cancelled: Displays the total number of canceled appointments for the office or facility using the selected filters.
  • Arrived: Displays the total count of patients who arrived at the office or facility, as determined by the applied filters.
  • Runaway: Displays the total count of patients who departed the office or facility unattended, as filtered by the selected criteria.
  • Discharged: Displays the total number of patients dispatched from the office or facility via the selected filters.
