Description

Area that shows the specific details of the patient's scheduled appointment. The user has the option to make changes when needed and can also cancel the appointment for the chosen patient.


Access


Through Appointments

  • Click on the Appointments button in the Main Menu screen.
  • Click twice on the time you want to add the appointment or on the selected patient or press the right mouse button and select the New Appointment option.

Through QuickLinks

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen, in the Main Menu. 
  • Then, select the option of "Appointments".
  • Click twice on the time you want to add the appointment or on the selected patient. Or press the right mouse button and select the New Appointment option.

Through Patients

  • On the Patient Details screen, click on the Appointments button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Click twice on the time you want to add the appointment or on the selected patient. Or press the right mouse button and select the New Appointment option.

 

Buttons

  • Delete: Allows deleting the patient's created appointment.
  • Save: Allows saving the registered information and closing the screen. 
  • Close: Allows to close screen. 


Sections

  • Patient: Patient's name.
  • Office: Select the office where the appointment will be scheduled. 
  • Subject: The patient's name will be displayed.
  • New Patient: Select this option if the patient is new.
  • Type: Select the patient's appointment type.
  • Speaks Spanish: Upon selection, the text message will be sent to the patient in Spanish. If the patient has Spanish selected as the primary language in the "Patient Details" screen, this field will be automatically selected.
  • Provider: It enables you to choose the provider that will treat the patient.
  • Nearest Time Slot: When pushed, it shows the nearest appointment slot that is open.
  • Next Time Slot: When it is pushed, it shows the following appointment time that is open.
  • Start Time: Choose the appointment date and time for the patient.
  • Duration: Choose the approximate duration of the appointment.
  • Location: Enables the choice of the patient's designated room.
  • Mobile: Enables adding the patient's mobile phone number for the purpose of sending appointment-related text messages. (This service incurs an extra fee.)
  • Other: Include an additional secondary phone number for the patient.
  • Arrived At: Choose this box when the patient comes to the office.
  • Discharged At: Choose this box after the patient has been seen at the office.
  • Awaiting Confirmation: Through pressing, users can verify their patients' appointments. (This service incurs an extra fee.)

    • Confirm: Once the patient is chosen, their appointment will be verified and simultaneously, the first arrow will turn green.
    • Cancel Appointment: The patient's appointment will be canceled once selected.
  • Primary Plan: Pressing the button will show the patient's main health insurance card.
  • Secondary Plan: Pressing a button will cause the patient's secondary plan card to be shown.
  • Zoom Insurance Plan: When pushed, it enlarges the patient's medical plan image.
  • Scheduled Appointments: Shows the upcoming 4 dates for the patient's appointments. In addition, you can also remove appointments within this section.
  • Appointments Notes: Enables writing a note regarding the patient's scheduled appointment. This message will appear in the appointment log logbook. The appointment will include documentation of the note for the patient.
  • Patients Notes: Enables the writing of a note regarding the patient. This information is visible in every patient appointment and on the patient's demographic information screen. In the same way, the record will show up in the patient's details in the "Arrivals" section, on the main menu, and in the "Clinical Records" screen.
