Several methods exist to remove a contact from an office or facility directory.

Option #1

  • Navigate to the Appointments screen.
  • Click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Choose the Office Directory option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the contact you want to remove from the office or facility directory.
  • Once selected, click on the Delete button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The confirmation message will be displayed as follows:         
  • Click on the Yes button to eliminate contact from the office or facility. 
  • To cancel the action, click on the "No" button.

Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen. 
  • Choose the Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • To access the Office Directory, click on the Office button first, then select the Office Directory option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the contact you want to remove from the office or facility directory.
  • Once selected, click on the Delete button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The confirmation message will be displayed as follows:         
  • Click on the Yes button to eliminate contact from the office or facility. 
  • To cancel the action, click on the "No" button.


Option #3

  • Select the Settings button on the main menu screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Select the Office button, then click on the Office Directory button.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the contact you want to remove from the office or facility directory.
  • Once selected, click on the Delete button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The confirmation message will be displayed as follows:         
  • Click on the Yes button to eliminate contact from the office or facility. 
  • To cancel the action, click on the "No" button.


Option #4

  • Navigate to the Patient Details screen.
  • Click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Chose the Office Directory option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Choose the contact you want to remove from the office or facility directory.
  • Once selected, click on the Delete button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The confirmation message will be displayed as follows:         
  • Click on the Yes button to eliminate contact from the office or facility. 
  • To cancel the action, click on the "No" button.
