There are several options for editing contacts in the office or center directory.
Option #1
- In the main menu, press the Patients button.
- The following screen will be displayed
- Press the More button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Office Directory option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
Select the contact you want to edit.
Once selected, click on the Edit button at the top of the screen.
- The Additional Details screen, will be displayed.
- Modify the corresponding fields.
- Once the modification is complete, press the Save button to save the changes.
Option #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Choose the Patients option.
- The following screen will be displayed
- Press the More button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Office Directory option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the contact you want to edit.
- Once selected, press the Edit button at the top of the screen
- The Additional Details screen, will be displayed.
- Modify the corresponding fields.
- Once the modification is complete, press the Save button to save the changes.
