There are several options for editing contacts in the office or center directory. 


Option #1 

  • In the main menu, press the Patients button. 


  • The following screen will be displayed


  • Press the More button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Office Directory option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the contact you want to edit.

  • Once selected, click on the Edit button at the top of the screen.

  • The Additional Details screen, will be displayed.


  • Modify the corresponding fields.
  • Once the modification is complete, press the Save button to save the changes.


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
  • Choose the Patients option.


  • The following screen will be displayed


  • Press the More button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Office Directory option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the contact you want to edit. 
  • Once selected, press the Edit button at the top of the screen


  • The Additional Details screen, will be displayed.


  • Modify the corresponding fields.
  • Once the modification is complete, press the Save button to save the changes.
