There are several options for managing the audit process.  

Option #1
  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the General button and then select the Audit Log button. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • If you wish to view the events of a specific patient's record, press the Patient Search button, located at the top of the screen.  


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Search for the patient you wish to review.  


  • To select, click on the desired patient.  


  • Or, select the patient and then press the Select button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The patient will automatically be displayed.


  • Then, press the Search button.


  • Automatically, all the events performed in the selected patient's record will be displayed. 


  • If you only want to display the events of a specific module, click on it and select the options of the events you want to display. 


  • Once selected, press the Apply button.


  • Then, press the Search button.  


  • Automatically, all the events of the specific section of the selected patient will be displayed. 


  • If you wish to display the events of all patients, select the modules you wish to display and then press the Search button.


  • Automatically, the selected events will be displayed in general. 


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the General button and then select the Audit Log button. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • If you wish to view the events of a specific patient's record, press the Patient Search button, located at the top of the screen.  


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Search for the patient you wish to review.  


  • To select, click on the desired patient.  


  • Or, select the patient and then press the Select button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The patient will automatically be displayed.


  • Then, press the Search button.


  • Automatically, all the events performed in the selected patient's record will be displayed. 


  • If you only want to display the events of a specific module, click on it and select the options of the events you want to display. 


  • Once selected, press the Apply button.


  • Then, press the Search button.  


  • Automatically, all the events of the specific section of the selected patient will be displayed. 


  • If you wish to display the events of all patients, select the modules you wish to display and then press the Search button.


  • Automatically, the selected events will be displayed in general.
