There are several options for reviewing the controlled substance e-prescribing incident report. 

Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Click on the General button and then select the EPCS Incident Report option. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To review the controlled substance e-prescribing incident report, click on the Search button. 
  • It will automatically display the report. 


  • If you wish to print the report, click on the Print button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The report will be displayed for printing. 


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Click on the General button and then select the EPCS Incident Report option. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To review the controlled substance e-prescribing incident report, click on the Search button. 
  • It will automatically display the report. 


  • If you wish to print the report, click on the Print button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The report will be displayed for printing.
