There are several options for viewing and managing the record of electronic prescriptions for controlled substances.  

Option #1
  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the General button and then select the EPCS Prescription Log button. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To check the record of electronic prescriptions for controlled substances, press the Search button.  


  • The report will be automatically displayed. 


  • To search for a specific patient, press the Patient Search button located at the top of the screen.  

  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Search for the patient you wish to review.  


  • To select, click on the desired patient. 


  • Or, select the patient and then press the Select button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The patient will automatically be displayed. 


  • Then, press the Search button.


  • Automatically, all the events performed in the selected patient's record will be displayed. 


  • If you wish to search for a specific provider, select it in the Provider field. 


  • Once selected, press the Search button to display the record by specific provider.  


  • Automatically, the electronic records of the selected supplier will be displayed.  


  • To view the history of that record, press the History button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • If you wish to print the report, click on the Print button located at the top of the screen. 


  • Automatically, the report will be displayed for the management of the same.

 

Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the General button and then select the EPCS Prescription Log button. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To check the record of electronic prescriptions for controlled substances, press the Search button.  


  • The report will be automatically displayed. 


  • To search for a specific patient, press the Patient Search button located at the top of the screen.  

  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Search for the patient you wish to review.  


  • To select, click on the desired patient. 


  • Or, select the patient and then press the Select button located at the top of the screen. 


  • The patient will automatically be displayed. 


  • Then, press the Search button.


  • Automatically, all the events performed in the selected patient's record will be displayed. 


  • If you wish to search for a specific provider, select it in the Provider field. 


  • Once selected, press the Search button to display the record by specific provider.  


  • Automatically, the electronic records of the selected supplier will be displayed.  


  • To view the history of that record, press the History button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • If you wish to print the report, click on the Print button located at the top of the screen. 


  • Automatically, the report will be displayed for the management of the same.
