There are several options to deactivate a user.  


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the General button and select the Users option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the user, which you want to delete. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The confirmation message will be displayed:  


  • Press the Yes button to delete the user. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 
  • Or, on the User Details screen, uncheck the Account is Enabled option.   
  • Press the Save button.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the General button and select the Users option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the user, which you want to delete. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The confirmation message will be displayed:  


  • Press the Yes button to delete the user. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 
  • Or, on the User Details screen, uncheck the Account is Enabled option.   
  • Press the Save button.
