There are several options for configuring the evaluation rooms of an office or center. 

Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the Office button and then select the Appointments option.  
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Rooms option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button to create a new evaluation room for the office. 


  • Type in the Room field, a description of the evaluation room, which you are configuring.  


  • Select a color to identify the evaluation room.


  • Select the office to be assigned to the evaluation room.


  • Select the Is Default option, to identify the evaluation room, where all created appointments will be placed.


  • Select the Is Virtual option, to identify the evaluation room will be virtual. 


  • Press the Save button to save the newly configured evaluation room in the system. 
  • Press the Cancel button to cancel the action.
  • The days configured in this screen will be displayed in the Location field when creating an appointment. 
  • Example:

               

  • Press the Sort Editor button, located at the top of the screen, to sort the office or center evaluation rooms according to the user's preference.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Drag the rooms, according to the order of preference, that the user wants to be displayed when creating an appointment.

Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the Office button and then select the Appointments option.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Rooms option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button to create a new evaluation room for the office. 


  • Type in the Room field, a description of the evaluation room, which you are configuring.  


  • Select a color to identify the evaluation room.


  • Select the office to be assigned to the evaluation room.


  • Select the Is Default option, to identify the evaluation room, where all created appointments will be placed.


  • Select the Is Virtual option, to identify the evaluation room will be virtual. 


  • Press the Save button to save the newly configured evaluation room in the system.

  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Rooms option.

  • Press the Add button to create a new evaluation room for the office. 


  • Type in the Room field, a description of the evaluation room, which you are configuring.  


  • Select a color to identify the evaluation room.


  • Select the office to be assigned to the evaluation room.


  • Select the Is Default option, to identify the evaluation room, where all created appointments will be placed.
