There are several options for configuring the point summary values for the procedure calculation when closing a progress note.


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Point Summary Values Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the office, which you want to configure the points. 
  • Once selected, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen.


  • Columns will be enabled for the configuration of the points. 


Vital Signs Settings

  • Configure the points for vital signs.


Medication Administration Settings

  • Configure the points for the drugs administered. 


Summary Results

  • To add a new code, click on the Add button, located in the Summary Results section.


  • To delete a code, press the Delete button, located at the end of each code.


Procedures Settings

  • To add a new procedure, click on the Add button, located in the Procedures Settings section..
  • To delete a procedure, press the Delete button, located at the end of each code.


Diagnosis Settings

  • To add a new procedure, press the Add button, located in the Diagnosis Settings section.


  • To delete a procedure, press the Delete button, located at the end of each code.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Point Summary Values Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the office, which you want to configure the points. 
  • Once selected, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen.


  • Columns will be enabled for the configuration of the points.
