There are several options for configuring the point summary values for the procedure calculation when closing a progress note.
Option #1
Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
Select the Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Clinical button and then select the Point Summary Values Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the office, which you want to configure the points.
- Once selected, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen.
- Columns will be enabled for the configuration of the points.
Vital Signs Settings
- Configure the points for vital signs.
Medication Administration Settings
- Configure the points for the drugs administered.
Summary Results
- To add a new code, click on the Add button, located in the Summary Results section.
- To delete a code, press the Delete button, located at the end of each code.
Procedures Settings
- To add a new procedure, click on the Add button, located in the Procedures Settings section..
- To delete a procedure, press the Delete button, located at the end of each code.
Diagnosis Settings
- To add a new procedure, press the Add button, located in the Diagnosis Settings section.
- To delete a procedure, press the Delete button, located at the end of each code.
Option #2
- Press the Settings button in the main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Clinical button and then select the Point Summary Values Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the office, which you want to configure the points.
- Once selected, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen.
- Columns will be enabled for the configuration of the points.
