There are several options for working the disputed claims.  
Option #1
- Go to the Billing screen.
 - Press the Transmissions button, located at the top of the screen.
 - Select the Dispute option.

 
- The following screen will be displayed: 

 
- To edit the first 10 claims and re-transmit, press the Edit First 10 Claims button.
 - The Claim Editor screen will be displayed, with a message displayed at the top of the screen indicating the error in the claim.

 
- Edit the claim(s) and then press the Save, Save and Close or Save All and Close button to save and close the screen.

 
- To re-transmit claims, press the Transmit button located at the top of the screen.
 - The confirmation message will be displayed.
 - The screen for review of the transmission will be displayed, once verified, press the Send / Transmit button.

 
- The claim transmission receipt screen will be displayed:

 
- Press the Print button, if you want to print the receipt of the claim transmission.
 - It will automatically go through as an accepted transaction.
 
Option #2
- Go to the Billing screen.
 - Press the Reconcile button, located at the top of the screen. 

 
- Next, click on the Dispute button located at the top of the Reconcile Insurance Payments screen.

 
- The following screen will be displayed: 

 
- To edit the first 10 claims and re-transmit, press the Edit First 10 Claims button.
 - The Claim Editor screen will be displayed, with a message displayed at the top of the screen indicating the error in the claim.

 
- Edit the claim(s) and then press the Save, Save and Close or Save All and Close button to save and close the screen.

 
- To re-transmit claims, press the Transmit button located at the top of the screen.
 - The confirmation message will be displayed.
 - The screen for review of the transmission will be displayed, once verified, press the Send / Transmit button.

 
- The claim transmission receipt screen will be displayed:

 
- Press the Print button, if you want to print the receipt of the claim transmission.

Option #3
- Go to the Billing screen.
