How can I access the user record of patient appointments? 

  • On the Appointments screen, right-click on the patient's appointment and select the View Log option.
  • In the Appointments screen, press the Search button located at the top of the screen and select the Lookup option. 
  • Perform the patient search. Once selected, click on the View Log link in the corresponding appointment.


 ¿What can be seen on the screen?  

  • Displays the time, date, user and note of the corresponding appointment. 
  • Displays the appointment event, whether it was created or updated. 
  • Displays confirmation and content of the text message to the patient.
