How can I access the user record of patient appointments?
- On the Appointments screen, right-click on the patient's appointment and select the View Log option.
- In the Appointments screen, press the Search button located at the top of the screen and select the Lookup option.
- Perform the patient search. Once selected, click on the View Log link in the corresponding appointment.
¿What can be seen on the screen?
- Displays the time, date, user and note of the corresponding appointment.
- Displays the appointment event, whether it was created or updated.
- Displays confirmation and content of the text message to the patient.
