Description

Screen where the information of the provider, nurse or groups is configured. You can configure clinical groups to be used in the clinical evaluation, copy the type of clinical evaluations from group to provider, provider to provider, provider to group. Configuration of the Templates, of the progress note, frequent codes by users and assign the user, who the provider wants to create orders, to his name.


Access 


Through Settings

  • In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the General button and then press the Staff and Providers button.

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 
  • Then, click on the General button and select the Staff & Providers button.

Sections 


Buttons

  • Clinical Groups: When pressed, it allows you to configure the groups to be used in the clinical evaluation. 


  • Copy Clinical Evaluation: When pressed, it allows you to copy evaluations from one supplier to another or from one group to another. 


  • Import / Export Options: 
    • Choose File: Allows you to save the options in a file. 
    • Save as File: Allows you to export the progress note options of the selected supplier. 
    • (Clinical Groups) Save As File: Allows to export the options of the progress note of clinical groups. 
    • Upload to EHRez Cloud: Allows you to upload the selected provider's configuration to the EHRez cloud. 
    • Cloud Available Items: Permite seleccionar, la configuración disponible de los proveedores.


  • P.N. Settings: When pressed, it displays the Progress Notes Templates Settings screen, to configure the Templates of the progress notes. This screen allows you to configure the following: 


  • Description of the sections of the progress note.
  • Order in which you want to print these sections within the report.
  • Configuration by gender, age, group type and priority scale of the progress note. 
  • Order Sets. 
  • Procedure and diagnosis codes.
  • Close P.N. Code Settings: Pressing it will display the screen that allows you to configure the frequent codes used when closing the progress note of the provider selected in the table.


  • Order Settings: When pressed, the screen appears, where you can select the users that the provider selected in the table authorizes to create orders.


  • New: (Note: Before creating the provider, the user corresponding to the provider to be created must be created).


  • Edit: Pressing allows you to edit the provider, which is selected in the table.
  • Previous: Pressing will close the screen. 

Tabla: Section where all the providers of the office are displayed. Active providers will be identified with and inactive providers will be identified with. Press the icon to change the status.

  • Name: Displays the name of the emergency room clinical staff. 
  • Type: Displays the type of clinical staff to which they belong. 
  • NPI: Displays the NPI (National Provider Identifier) number. 
  • Specialty: Displays the specialty of the clinical staff. 
  • EPCS: Identifies whether the provider sends electronic prescriptions for controlled medications. 
  • Enabled: Identifies whether the clinical staff is active or inactive. 


Edit Screen

Screen where the supplier information is added or edited.


Buttons

  • Save: Saves the changes on screen.
  • Cancel: Closes the screen, without making any changes.
  • Physician: Select, if the user is a provider.
  • Non-Physician: Select, if it is another type of user, such as a nurse or administrative personnel. 
  • Group: Select, if it will be under the group category.


Information

  • User: Allows you to select the user corresponding to the provider you are registering.
  • Primary Specialty: Allows you to select the provider's primary specialty. 
  • Secondary Specialty: Allows you to select the supplier's secondary specialty.


Identifications

  • NPI: The National Provider Identifier is registered.
  • Title: Provider's title.
  • Subtitle: Other provider's subtitle. What is written in this field will be displayed next to the provider's specialty. 


  • Signature Title:The title of the firm is entered. What is written in this field will be displayed next to the provider's name. 


  • Print Alias: The name, known as Alias, is registered.
  • Signature Pre titile: The title before the signature is recorded. What is written in this field will be displayed before the name in the supplier's progress note signature. 


  • Copy selected credentials to all offices (Botón): Pressing this button will copy the user's credentials to all offices. 


General Options

  • Use Quick P.N.: Selecting this option allows the provider to use the Quick Progress Note.
  • Accepts assignment: Selecting this option allows the supplier to accept assignments.
  • Accepts appointments: Selecting this option means that the provider accepts appointments to be attended by him.
  • Accepts new patients in PP: By selecting this option, you can accept new patients from the provider from the patient portal, as long as they have had an interaction with the provider, either by a message or appointments, meaning past and confirmed appointments, not cancelled appointments. 
  • Accepts Referrals: Selecting this option allows the provider to accept referrals.
  • Has Signature on File: Selecting this option indicates that the user has his/her signature registered in the system.
  • Print orders with office info: Selecting this option allows you to display the facility information printed on the progress note of the provider being in any facility or emergency room. 
  • View assigned patients only: Selecting this option allows the provider to see only the patients assigned to him/her.
  • Use Groups Frequent Codes: Selecting this option allows the provider to use frequent group codes.
  • Use progress note group settings: Selecting this option allows the supplier to use the progress note configuration of the groups. 
  • Use Group Clinical Evaluation: Allows the provider to select the group clinical evaluation. 


Billing Options

  • Billing Copay Setup: 
    • Generalist: Generalist co-payment configuration. 
    • Specialist: Specialist co-payment configuration. 
    • Sub-Specialist: Sub-specialist co-payment configuration. 
    • External ID: Identification number, for an external system, used by a provider. 
    • Use progress note group settings: If this option is selected, it means that the user will use the group progress notes configuration.


Tabla (Centro)

  • Office: The offices will be displayed.
  • Medical License: The state medical license is registered.
  • Narcotics License: State narcotics license is registered.
  • DEA Number: The DEA Registration Number is registered.
  • SSN: The Social Security Number is registered.
  • ETIN: The Electronic Transmitter Identification Number is registered.
  • NADEAN Number: This number is recorded for certain controlled drugs, which in addition to the DEA number, require this number for the prescription to be filled.  
  • e-Prescribing: Identifies whether the provider is registered to send electronic prescriptions. 


User

  • Name: Display the user's name.
  • Username: Displays the username, used by the provider, to log into the system.
  • Groups: Displays the group, to which the provider belongs.
  • Status: Identifies whether the user is activeblob1430224155262.pngor, inactiveblob1430224193941.png. Click on the icon to change the status.


Addresses 

  • Physical: The physical address of the provider is recorded.
  • Postal: The postal address of the provider is recorded (The postal address should not be a P.O. Box).
