Description
Section where the patient's administration of medications through the serum is documented.
Access
A través "Clinical Tasks":
- On the progress note screen, click on the Clinical Tasks tab in the Patient Dashboard section. Then click on the IV Sites link.
Sections
Buttons
- Save as Template: Allows to save the configuration of the selected options as a Template, in order to be able to use it with other patients.
- Refresh: Pressing displays the confirmation message, which allows you to refresh the screen.
- Add: Allows to add a record of the serum to be administered to the patient.
- IV Reassessment: It allows the addition of re-evaluations, in terms of the serum administered.
- Remove IV: Allows to delete the record of the administered serum.
- Cancel: Allows you to cancel any action performed on the screen.
- Save: Allows to save the record of the administered serum.
- Previous: Allows to exit the screen.
Sections
- Active: When selected, it displays the sera, which have been administered to the patient.
- Removed: When selected, displays the deleted serums.
- Attach Medications (Link): When pressed, it displays the list of medications, for the selection of administration through the serum. (The patient must be assigned medications, as a clinical task, for this section to be displayed).
- Templates: Displays the list of previously configured Templates.
