Description
This screen manages all the required documents and those that will be delivered at the time of patient discharge. The documents to be displayed in each section will be configured in the Office / Templates Settings screen.
Access
Through Consent Forms
- On the progress note screen, press the Consent Forms button at the top of the screen.
- On the Patient Details screen, press the Documents button at the top of the screen, then press the Consent Forms button at the top of the screen.
Buttons
- Template Sets: Allows you to add the Templates Sets to be used in the Documents Forms screen, which are configured in the Office / Office Templates screen.
- Add Discharge Documents: Allows you to add the documents used to be delivered at the time of discharge of the patient from the center or emergency room. (The documents in this section are configured in the Settings / Office / Office templates screen, selecting the Is Discharge checkbox in each one).
- Check Required Documents: Allows to add the required documents. (The documents in this section are configured in the Settings / Office / Office templates screen, selecting the Is Required checkbox in each one).
- Add: Allows to add, the consent documents.
- Previous: Closes screen.
Patient Documents
- Get Patient Signature: Allows you to add the patient's signature. If you have multiple documents, at the time of signing, select the document(s) to which the signature will be applied.
- Replace Keywords on all documents: When pressed, it allows you to replace the keywords of all the selected documents.
- Replace user signature on selected documents: When pressed, it allows you to replace the user's signature in the selected document.
- Encounters: Allows you to add documents from past encounters to the current encounter. Once selected, press the right mouse button and select the option Attach selected to this encounter.
- Patient Documents: All selected documents are displayed.
Documents
- Remove Other User Sigs: Pressing allows you to delete or remove the signature of another user from the selected document. The following confirmation message will be displayed:
- Complete: Allows you to complete the selected document. A confirmation message will be displayed.
- Reopen: This button will be displayed once you have completed the document to be edited again. (Note: To view the documents that have been completed and perform this action, you must select the View Closed Docs checkbox and then select the document located in the left column of the screen).
- Print: Automatically print the selected document.
- Edit: Allows to edit the selected document.
- Save: Allows to save the selected document.
- Cancel: Allows to cancel the action.
