Description
Screen detailing the patient's care plan and clinical evaluation notes. The user will be able to determine what he/she wants to print. In the same way, the progress note, order or selected document can be observed.
Access
Through the progress note
- On the progress note screen, press the Print button, located at the top of the screen.
Through Past Encounters
- On the Past Encounters screen, press the Encounter Summary button, located at the top of the screen.
Through Past Encounters
- In the Past Encounter screen, press the Summary Encounter button, located in the Discharge Summary column, once the encounter is closed.
Through Closed Encounters
- By clicking on the Closed Encounters tab, located on the right side of the screen.
- Once you have selected the date of the meeting, click on the Encounter Summary link.
Sections
Buttons
- Service History: When pressed, displays the patient encounter history screen (Note: This screen can be accessed through Closed Encounters).
- Print Selected Items: Pressing it allows you to print all the selected options (Note: The button will be enabled when you select the document you want to print).
- Print All: Pressing it allows you to print all the options of the patient's care summary.
- Close: Press to close the screen.
Left Column
- Progress Notes: Section where all the clinical evaluations performed on the patient are displayed. They can be selected individually or all at once, if there is more than one encounter, to be printed.
- Orders: Section where it displays the orders sent to the patient. They can be displayed by those of the current encounter or all of them in general.
- Documents: Section where the documents delivered to the patient are displayed.
- Internal Orders: Section where it displays the orders sent to the patient, as clinical tasks.
Right Column
- Preview: Section where the selected order or document is displayed.
