Sections Configuration For the Workflow screen


Configure the reasons for visits in Workflow.


  • Where to Configure?: In the Workflow screen, press the Subject Settings button in the Arrivals section. Automatically, the reason for the visit will be saved. Also, they can be configured in the Settings / Clinical / Clinical Task Template screen. Then, press the Arrivals Categories button at the top of the screen and record the reasons for the visits.


Category configuration for the Assign Patient section


  • Where to Configure?: Go to the Settings / Clinical / Clinical Tasks Settings screen, press the Task Categories button, located at the top of the screen. 


Configure the Office Locations of the visit for the Add Workflow screen.


  • Where to Configure?: Go to the Settings / Office / Appointment Settings screen, press the Add button located at the top of the screen and select the Rooms option, then select the corresponding office or center. 


Configuring the Viewer screen


  • Where to Configure?: Go to the Settings / Office / Workflow Viewer screen. 


Configure the Arrival and Workflow Settings sections.


  • Where to configure? Access the Impositions / Office / Impositions panel by clicking on Workflow.


Configure Status column


  • Where to Configure?: Go to the Settings / Office / Workflow Statuses screen.
