Description
Screen where the clinical tasks that the nurse must perform on the patient will be displayed. The actions performed on this screen will be recorded in the patient's clinical record. The guidelines that appear on this screen will be guidelines previously assigned by the provider through the Clinical Tasks screen.
Note:
Before: In order to access this screen, the provider must have assigned clinical tasks to the patient.
Access
Through Modern Main Menu
- In the main menu, press the Workflow button.
- Press the More button, located at the end of each patient's name.
- Then, select the View Clinical Tasks option.
Through Classic Main Menu
- In the main menu, press the Workflow button, located at the top right of the screen.
- Press the More button, located at the end of each patient's name.
- Then, select the View Clinical Tasks option.
Through Appointments
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Press the More button located at the top of the screen and select the Workflow option.
- Then, press the More button, located at the end of each patient's name.
- Next, select the View Clinical Tasks option.
Clinical Tasks
- On the Workflow Items screen, select the patient, which is identified with clinical tasks and press the More Options button.
- The following options will be displayed:

Sections
Buttons
- Print Completed Tasks: When pressed, it will display the report of the patients' completed clinical tasks.
- Mark as Completed: When pressed, it identifies the clinical task as completed.
- Previous: Closes screen.
- Patient Name: The patient's name will be displayed.
- Age: Patient's age.
- Gender: Patient's gender.
- Record No. Patient's record number.
- Add Medication: It allows the addition of medications to the patient's clinical task.
- Add Order: Allows you to add an order to the patient's clinical task.
- Add General Task: It allows to add general instructions to the patient's clinical task.
- Add Procedure: Allows a procedure to be added to the patient's clinical task.
First Column (Active Tasks)
- Medications: Displays the list of medications, which the provider ordered for the patient.
- Status: This box will be checked once it is documented that the medication was administered to the patient.
- Description: It will display the name and dosage of the medication to be administered to the patient.
- Notes: Notes section.
- Edit Medication: Allows to change the selected drug.
- Add Event: Allows to record that the selected drug was administered.
- Medication Component: Allows you to view the components of the drug, if any have been recorded.
- Delete: Allows you to delete the selected drug (This action can only be performed by the provider).
- Applications: Displays the date, user and note of who, and when, the medication was administered.
- Orders: Displays the list of orders, which the provider sent to the patient.
- Status: This box will be checked once it is documented that the order was placed with the patient.
- Test: It will display the order to be given to the patient.
- Notes: Notes section.
- Add Event: Allows to record the results of orders.
- Delete: Allows you to delete the selected order (This action can only be performed by the provider).
- Add Notes: Allows to register, some note of the order.
- Applications: Displays the date, user and note of who, and when, the medication was administered.
- General Tasks: Displays the general instructions given by the provider.
- Status: This box will be checked once it is documented that the provider's instructions have been carried out.
- Instructions: Display the provider's instructions.
Frequency: Will display the frequency.
Frequency Type: Will display the frequency type.
Notes: Displaysnote.
- Procedures: Displays the list of procedures, which the provider sent to the patient.
- Status: This box will be checked once it is documented that the provider's instructions have been carried out.
- Procedures: Displays the description of the procedure, which was sent to you by the provider.
Quantity: Displays the quantity.
Notes: Unfold the note.
- Add Event: Allows to add a procedure to the cynic task.
- Delete: Allows to delete the selected procedure (This action can only be performed by the supplier).
- Add Notes: Allows to record a note.
- Applications: Displays the date, user and note by whom and when the procedure was performed.
- Evaluation Notes: Allows to add and display the patient's evaluation notes.
Second Column (Patient Summary)
- Chief Complaint: Displays the reason for the patient's arrival, as recorded by the provider, in the Chief Complaint area of the progress note.
- Active Medications: Displays the list of the patient's active medications.
- IV Sites: Deploy the serums, administered to the patient.
- Active Allergies: Display the patient's active allergies.
- Vital Signs: Displays the patient's recorded vital signs.
