Introduction

The Auto Registration program is used in diagnostic and treatment centers, known as CDT, which use Workflow. With this program, the patient will be the one who registers himself. The program will be installed on a computer with a touch screen. 

Flow of program usage

  • Once the patient arrives at the center, he/she will stand in front of the assigned computer for self-registration. 
  • The screen will be displayed as follows: 


  • The patient selects their preferred language (for the purposes of this example, English will be selected).
  • By pressing the English button, the following screen will be displayed:


  • On this screen, the patient will enter his/her last name, telephone number and date of birth and then press the Continue button.
  • The system will start searching for the patient, if it does not find the patient, the following screen will be displayed:


  • If the patient understands that he misspelled the last name or phone number, he will press the Search Again button.
  • If the patient entered his information correctly, it means that he has no record in the office and he has to proceed to press the Register button to register in the system.
  • Important Note: When the patient registers in the system, the patient will appear in the Workflow (Arrivals) screen (with his row shaded yellow). If the patient is already in the system, only the patient's name will appear in the Workflow (Arrivals) screen.
  • If the system finds the patient's information in the search, the following screen will be displayed:


  • On this screen, the patient will record the reason for the visit.
    • Important Note: In case the patient's reason is not among the options, the authorized personnel should be directed to edit the options, which can be found in Settings/ Clinical/Clinical Task Templates / Arrivals Categories.

  • When the patient selects the reason and presses the Continue button, the registration process will be completed, and the following screen will be displayed:
