Description
Utilized for keeping a log of menstrual cycles.
Access
Through the Side Bar section: To access the Menstrual History, click the corresponding button on the Side Bar within the Progress Note screen. If the Menstrual History button is missing, click the Settings button on the Progress Note's toolbar, then choose Side Bar Settings. From the available items on the right, drag and drop the Menstrual History into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Click Save to apply the changes. The Side Bar will update, and the Menstrual History button will now be visible under the chosen category.

Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Menstrual History option.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: To access the Menstrual History, click on the corresponding link in the Patient Dashboard, or use the Add button located adjacent to the link.

Buttons
- Print: Enables the printing of the menstrual history report.
- Add: Enables the recording of menstrual history.
- Edit: Enables editing of the selected menstrual history.
- Deactivate: Enables the deactivation of the selected menstrual history.
- Previous: Allows to close screen.
- Menstrual History Grid: Displays saved records.
- Chart: Graphing the duration of menstrual cycles.
- Last Menstrual Period Date: Enables the recording of the patient's last menstrual period's final day. (Required)
- Duration: The duration of a menstrual period typically ranges from 2 to 7 days. (Required)
- Pain Level: Menstrual period pain level.
- No Menstrual Period: Enables registration for patients who do not have a menstrual period.
- Since: Enables the recording of the date from when a patient has not experienced her menstrual period.
- Reason: Enables the recording of the reason why a patient is not experiencing menstrual periods.
- Notes: Write a note pertaining to the menstrual cycle.
