Description
The screen is designed to configure clinical documentation options that will appear on the Sidebar of the Progress Note screen. It enables the user to set up the buttons that will be utilized during a patient's clinical evaluation, which are displayed on the left side of the Advanced Progress Note screen.
Access
Through Main Menu
- Click on the 'Clinical' button in the main menu.
- Select a patient from any section of the 'Clinical Records' screen.
- Once a patient is selected, click on the 'Settings' button located on the screen's toolbar.
- Then, choose the 'Side Bar Settings' option.
The available options are:

Sections
Buttons
- Save: Allows to store actions performed in screen.
- Close: Allows to close screen.
- Use Group Configuration: Allows to use the group settings.
- Groups: Display all groups to configure the Sidebar.
- : Pressing this button will delete the selected group and return you to the provider settings.
- Filter: A section to filter items by groups for display during the patient's clinical evaluation.
- Category: Display the group-created categories on the sidebar.
- Items: Displays the items that are included in the selected category. Describes the different items (buttons) to be displayed below the selected category, on the Advanced Progress Note screen, in the Side Bar section. The provider will be able to configure the items of this section, according to the preference in which it wishes, the buttons are displayed either by personalized description, by age, type of age and gender.
- Available Items: This display shows all available items that can be chosen for inclusion in the Sidebar section. The column indicates whether a specific item is already part of a Sidebar category. Below are the available items (buttons) that can be added, organized by different categories.
