Description

Screens are utilized to assess difficulty and confidence during physical therapy evaluations or follow-ups.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: To access the Optimal Instrument button, click on it in the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. If the Optimal Instrument button is not visible, click on the Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, then choose the Side Bar Settings option. From the available items area on the right side, select the Optimal Instrument item and drag it into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Click the Save button to apply the changes. The Side Bar will update, and the button will be displayed under the category to which it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Optimal Instrument button.

Buttons

  • Add: The selection of a specific type of instrument determines the available alternative options.
  • Edit: Enables editing of a selected option.
  • Cancel: Enables the cancellation of any changes made on the screen.
  • Delete: Enables the deletion of a chosen optimal instrument.
  • Print: Enables the printing of optimal instruments.
  • Previous: Allows to close screen.


  • Type: Select between Confidence Baseline or the Difficulty Baseline. 
  • History: Previous evaluations.
