Description

Screen used to document the location of marks, injuries or any other visible anomaly.


Access 

  • Through the Side Bar section: To access the Physical Examination in the Progress Note screen, click on the Physical Examination button located on the Side Bar. If the Physical Examination button is not visible, click on the Settings button on the Progress Note toolbar. Choose the Side Bar Settings option. Then, drag and drop the Physical Examination item from the right side of the screen into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Click the Save button to apply the changes. The Side Bar will update, and the Physical Examination button will be displayed under the chosen category.
  • Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Physical Examination button.
  • Through the Clinical Evaluation section: On the Advanced Progress Note screen, click on the Physical Examination link, located in the Clinical Evaluation section. Or, press the button located in that section.

Buttons

  • Print: When pressed, it will print a report with the image and the recorded notes.
  • Add: When pressed, the panel for adding an image record will be displayed.
  • Edit: When pressed, the editing panel is displayed. (Saved entries cannot be edited). 
  • Deactivate: When pressed, inactivates the selected note.
  • Save:

  • Previous: Return to the previous screen.


  • Examination Panel: Indicate the area or areas of interest.
  • Examinations: Displays the documented examinations.
