Description
Screen where the information about the physical therapies given to the patient is stored.
Access
- Through the Side Bar section: To access Physical Therapy, click the corresponding button on the Side Bar within the Progress Note screen. If the Physical Therapy button is missing, click the Settings button on the Progress Note screen's toolbar. Then, choose the Side Bar Settings option. From the available items on the right, drag and drop the Physical Therapy item into the items window at the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Click the Save button to apply the changes. The Side Bar will update, and the Physical Therapy button will now be visible under the chosen category.

- Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Physical Therapy button.

Buttons
- Categories: When pressed, the “Categories Maintenance” screen will be displayed, this screen allows you to configure the categories that the procedure will contain.
- Add Sessions: When pressed, the “Quick Add Sessions” screen will be displayed, where the therapy staff will record the given session.
- Quick Add: When pressed, the “Quick Add Therapies” screen will be displayed, where the provider will be able to select several treatments at the same time. In this screen the “Template” can be saved, and the therapies can be selected through the “Templates”.
- Add: Allows to select a CPT code, in order to assign a therapy to the patient.
- Edit: Allows you to edit the therapy assigned to the patient.
- Cancel: Cancels any changes on screen.
- Save: Allows you to save changes on the screen.
- Previous: Close screen.
- Diagram: Section where the user will be able to identify the area of trauma, injury through an image.
- Details [Section]: Section where the patient's assigned therapies will be displayed. At the bottom of the screen, the description of the procedure, the section number, the number of times it will be performed during the week and the duration of the section will also be displayed.
