Description

Function established to enable users to print a copy of the antepartum record. The report contains the following info:

• Pregnancy Information: Initial EDD and Final EDD.
• Contact Information:
• Pregnancies History: Total number of pregnancies, including abortions.
• Last Pregnancies (last six): Delivery details (Dates of birth. weight, gender, type of birth, etc.).
• Past Medical History: Family, social or medical patients history details. 
• Labs: Lab results during pregnancy

• Allergies: Active allergies.
• Medications: Active medication.
• Problem List:  Active diagnosis.
• Educations: Education materials provided.
• Pregnancy Notes: Pregnancy related notes.
• All prenatal visit documentation.

Access

Click on the Print Antepartum button on the toolbar of the Pregnancy Information screen.
