Description
Screen used to attach one or more templates to a procedure code or several procedure codes.
Access
From the Settings module, click on Office, Templates then click on the Procedure Templates button on the toolbar of the screen.

- Add: Press to attach a template and add the selected procedure code to the Mapped section.

- Mapped Codes: Displays the codes with attached templates. Right click on any code listed here to add additional templates.
- Templates: Displays the templates that are mapped to the selected procedure code.
Where are they used?
Templates associated with procedures are presented when a provider documents a procedure performed on a patient. By selecting the procedure in the Procedures screen on the clinical record, the screen will automatically present the attached template or list options when more than one template is assigned to the selected procedure.
