Description

Screen used to configure templates for Clinical Tasks.

Access

From the Settings module, click on Clinical then select the Clinical TasksTemplates option.

Sections

• Buttons
  • Task Categories: Click to open the Clinical Task Categories maintenance screen.These categories are used to establish sorting priorities on the Workflow items screen.
  • Arrivals Categories: Click to open the Patient Arrival Subject Types screen. These categories (or subject types) are used to enable selection of the most common reasons to arrive at the practice. Arrival Categories are only available in conjunction with the use of the Auto Registration software.
  • New: Allows to add a new clinical task template
  • Edit: Allows to edit the new clinical task template.
  • Delete: Eliminates the selected template.
  • Cancel: Cancels all changes not made in screen.
  • Save: Stores the changes in screen.
  • Previous: Return to the previous screen.
• Medications: Order medication to be administered to the patient.
• General: General instructions from the provider for patient care. 
• Orders: Order lab or x-rays as part of the clinical task.
• Procedures: Order procedures to be performed as part of the clinical task.
