Description

Screen used to create templates of pre-configured evaluation options sections. These templates can be assigned only to newly added chief complaint entries. 

Access

From the Settings module, click on Clinical then select the Clinical Template Symptoms option.

Sections

• Buttons
  • Add
  • Edit
  • Delete
  • Cancel
  • Save
  • Previous: Returns to previous screen.
• Symptom Template Name: Select template to modify.

How are they used?

The intended functionality for these templates is to provide clinical users with a method of quickly adding structure when creating new chief complaint entries.  A general template for pain can be used to provide immediate structure if the user decides to add any pain related chief complaint (ie. Pain Level, Location, Severity, etc.).  New options can be added for any of these clinical evaluation sections by right clicking on any of the panels.
