Description
Screen used to create custom or specialized evaluation options. These options are available to clinical users via the Custom Evaluation button on the sidebar of the Progress Note screen.
Access
From the Settings module, click on Clinical then select the Evaluation Types option.
Sections
- Buttons
- Edit Types: Press to open Evaluation Types Settings. This screen is used to create new "Custom" evaluation sections. Right click on the screen to display these options:
- Add
- Edit
- Delete Selected Item: Deletes All content within this option.
- Advanced Comments: Press to open the Advanced Comments Settings screen. This screen allows you to add multiple items to a single evaluation option.
- Previous: Closes screen.
- Edit Types: Press to open Evaluation Types Settings. This screen is used to create new "Custom" evaluation sections. Right click on the screen to display these options:
- Provider: Identifies the provider attached to the custom evaluations.
- Types: List of Custom Evaluations
- Data Grid: Displays the evaluation items.
- Right click over the primary panel (Left) to display these options.
- Add Item
- Edit Item
- Add Child: Adds content to the next panel.
- Delete Item
- Right click over the primary panel (Left) to display these options.
This is the view when accessed via the Custom Evaluation option of the Progress Note Screen.
