Screen used to create / manage referral templates.

Access

From the Settings module, click on Clinical then select the Referral Templates option.

Sections

• Description: Name of template
• Options: (For the selected template)
  • Attach Full Record: Check to include a full Patient Summary record.
  • Use e-Referral: Check if template will be used for electronic transmissions.
  • Print on Save: Check to print the referral document for the patient.
• Referring Provider: Displays the list of providers added as Referring Providers (Settings / Office / Referring Providers).
• Specialty: Displays the specialty of the listed providers
• Reason: Referral reason
• Conclusion: Additional text related to the referral.
