IMPORTANT!!!!

The results that arrive electronically are automatically attached.

Only those that could not be awarded automatically will be displayed on this screen.


Option #1

  • In the main menu, press the e-labs button.


  • The following screen will be displayed:

  • Select the result you wish to award and press the button located at the end of the row.

  • Import options will be displayed.
  • Select the option to Attach the selected electronic lab result to an existing patient.


  • The following screen will be displayed. This screen will contain a list of all possible patients to whom the result could belong.


  • Identify the patient, to whom the results belong and select the Attach result to the selected patient button.


  • Laboratory results will be assigned to the selected patient automatically.
  • The results can be viewed in the Orders screen, in the Patient Results section.


Option #2
  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of the screen and select the e-labs option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the result you wish to award and press the button located at the end of the row.

  • Import options will be displayed.
  • Select the option to Attach the selected electronic lab result to an existing patient.


  • The following screen will be displayed. This screen will contain a list of all possible patients to whom the result could belong.


  • Identify the patient, to whom the results belong and select the Attach result to the selected patient button.


  • Laboratory results will be assigned to the selected patient automatically.
  • The results can be viewed in the Orders screen, in the Patient Results section.


Option #3
  • In the main menu, click on the e-labs text at the top of the screen and select the e-labs results option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the result you wish to award and press the button located at the end of the row.

  • Import options will be displayed.
  • Select the option to Attach the selected electronic lab result to an existing patient.


  • The following screen will be displayed. This screen will contain a list of all possible patients to whom the result could belong.


  • Identify the patient, to whom the results belong and select the Attach result to the selected patient button.


  • Laboratory results will be assigned to the selected patient automatically.
  • The results can be viewed in the Orders screen, in the Patient Results section.
