There are several options for documenting the review of patient systems.
Option #1
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Press the ROS button, located in the Side Bar section. 
 Or, press the Search button located at the top of the screen and select the ROS option. Or, press the Search button located at the top of the screen and select the ROS option.
- The following screen will be displayed: 
- The user has three options to save information in this tab:- Selecting the options.
- Selecting the All Systems are negative option.
 
Selecting Options
- Select the options. 
- If you want to edit an item, press the right mouse button.
- The following information will be displayed: 
- Select the Add Item or Edit Item option.
- The following screen will be displayed: 
- Add or modify items.
- The user will be able to select a code related to the selected option. 
- You will be able to select a procedure, related to the selected option.  
- In the case of deleting an option, select the Delete Item option.
- Once you have completed selecting the corresponding options, press the Save button.
- The saved information will be displayed in the Clinical Evaluation section. 
Selecting the option All Systems are negative.
- Check the option called All Systems are negative. 
- Then press the Save button.
- The selected information will be displayed in the Clinical Evaluation section. 
Through templates created
- Press the Select Template button, located at the top of the screen.  
- The following screen will be displayed: 
- Select the Template you want to use in the clinical evaluation.
- Once selected, press the OK button. 
- The following confirmation message will be displayed:  
- Press the Yes button to confirm that you want to use the selected Template in the clinical evaluation.
- Press the No button to cancel the action.
- If the Template contains any Review of System information, it will be displayed in the Clinical Evaluation section.
Opción #2
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Review of Systems link, located in the Clinical Evaluation section. Or click on the Add button in the Clinical Evaluation section. 
- The following screen will be displayed: 
- The user has three options to save information in this tab:- Selecting the options.
- Selecting the All Systems are negative option.
 
Selecting Options
- Select the options.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- Press the Select Template button, located at the top of the screen.  
- The following screen will be displayed: 
- Select the Template you want to use in the clinical evaluation.
- Once selected, press the OK button. 
- The following confirmation message will be displayed:  
- Press the Yes button to confirm that you want to use the selected Template in the clinical evaluation.
- Press the No button to cancel the action.
- If the Template contains any Review of System information, it will be displayed in the Clinical Evaluation section.
