Before adding a nurse or provider the mentioned user provider must be created.

After
- Press the Newbutton in the Staff & Providers screen.
- The following screen will be displayed.
- Select user type: Doctor, Nurser or Group.
- Note: Select Group for billing purposes.
- Select the User field.
- Select the providers specialty.
- Register both providers address.
- Register the different identification types.
- Select the Accepts assignment field to include at the billing moment.
- Select the Accepts appointment field for the providers name be displayed like an option to create patients appointments.
- Select the Accepts Referrals field to indicate that provider accepts referrals.
- Select the Use DEA for eRX field in order for provider to select the DEA when sending an e prescription.
- Select the Use office info for order print outs to display the office information in progress notes and prescriptions.
- Register the providers sign.
- Before: System has to have a Signature Pad installed.
- After:
- The following screen will be displayed.
- Press the Signature button.
- Sign in the Signature Pad.
- Press Clear to sign again.
- Press Ok to register sign.
- Verify if there is a connection for e-Prescripion.
- Before: You must enter the "SPI" number first.
- After:
- Press the e-Prescription button.
- The registered information in Surescripts will be automatically displayed. System will use same information to send the electronic prescription.
- Press the Save to store changes.
