Before

To configure e-Prescription it is necessary that providers has a Surescripts Provider Identifier (SPI)".

  • Note: If provider does not have a "SPI", must call the help service line at 787-625-0440.


After

  • Go to Settings / General / Staff & Provider's.
  • Select the provider from chart and press the Edit button.
  • Write the SPI in the SPI field.
  • Press the Save button to store changes. 
  • Press again the Editbutton and select provider. 
  • Press the "e-Prescription" button.
  • The provider information must be displayed.



  • When process is finished the provider is ready to send electronic prescriptions.
