There are several options for configuring office alerts.  

Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the Office button and then select the Office Information option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:  

  • Select the office, to which you want to configure the alert. 
  • Once selected, press the Office Alert button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • Write the description of the office alert.


  • Select the alert type.


  • Then, press the Save button to save the office alert.  


  • The user will be able to select, among the 5 office alerts.  
  • Last Visit: Alerts for appointments, on a specific period of days. 
  • Patient Balance: Alert for debts or patient balance for a specific amount and days.


  • Patient Insurance: Alert for patients of specific medical plans.


  • Patient Coverage: Alert for patients with specific medical plan coverage. 


  • Patient Type: Alert, for specific types of patients. 


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the Office button and then select the Office Information option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:  

  • Select the office, to which you want to configure the alert. 
  • Once selected, press the Office Alert button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • Write the description of the office alert.


  • Select the alert type.


  • Then, press the Save button to save the office alert.  


  • The user will be able to select, among the 5 office alerts.
