• Go to the Settings screen. 
  • Select the Office button and press the Templates button.
  • Press the Reminder Email Templates button.
  • The following screen will be displayed: 

           


  • Press the Add button. 
  • Write the Template name in the description field and message in its field. (Only can use Keyword that are found in screen).

           


  • Press Save to store changes.
