• Press the Template Store in the Main Menu screen. 
  • Select the preferred specialty.


  • Note: If classic main menu is by Default press thebutton located in the upper right side of the menu.

  • Select the Frequent Codes option located on the left side of the displayed screen. 

  • Select the codes you want to download in the displayed screen. (User can select diagnosis frequent codes, procedures, lab orders and substance.All the diagnosis codes are selected for example purposes. Repeat the same steps for procedures, order codes and substance codes.)


  • Press the Add to Queue button.


  • Then press theto see the selected Queue. 

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select provider you wish to assign codes.
  • Press the Apply button and wait for system to download and copy the selected options 
  • The following screen will be displayed while options are copied.


  • The following message will be displayed once frequent codes are downloaded.
  • Press the Yes, button to Restart the application in order to see the frequent codes in the application.

  • Go to Settings/ Clinical /Frequent Codes Settings. Once entering the system again when putting the cursor of the mouse over the frequent codes search area will be displayed:
