Description
Screen used to download and export different templates and options set by several specialist providers. Users can import to their user configuration options are clinical evaluation, frequent codes, education materials and other options. No associated cost for downloading any content.
Access
Press the Template Store from main menu. If you are using the simple main menu press theicon.

Queue
: Opens the screen which groups the selected items for import.

: Opens the Download History screen to view all the history of downloads performed by user.
- Previous: Closes screen.
- Select Specialty: List of specialists providers for content available.
- Filter: Area to select when provider has two database.

Menu
- Home: Instructions displayed on how to download a template.
- Evaluation: Area that includes the segments of clinical evaluation options. (i.e. Present Illness, ROS, Physical Exam, etc.)
- Custom Evaluation: Place where you will find the clinical evaluation templates of the selected specialty. This options will be displayed on the Chief Complaint screen.
- Templates: Displays all the office documents templates. The information downloaded in this area will be displayed on the Settings / Office / Templates screen.
- Frequent Codes: Displays all the frequent codes of: diagnosis, procedures, orders and substances of the selected specialty. The information downloaded in this area will be displayed on the Multiple Code Selection screen.
- Educations: Displays all the material education of the selected specialty. The information downloaded in this area will be displayed on the Settings / Clinical / Education Handout screen.
- Order Template: Displays all the orders templates of the selected specialty. The information downloaded in this area will be displayed on the Settings / Clinical / Order Templates screen.
- Frequent Medications: Displays all the frequent medications of the selected specialty. The information downloaded in this area will be displayed on the Settings / Clinical / Frequent Medications screen.
- Codes Groups: Displays the diagnosis group codes of (ICD9 and ICD10), procedures, orders and substances. The information downloaded in this area will be displayed on the Multiple Code Selections screen.
- Copy From: Displays all the specialized and customized evaluations. The information downloaded in this area will be displayed on the Custom Evaluation screen. Settings / Clinical / Evaluation Types
- Progress Settings: Displays all the configurations of a progress note. The information downloaded in this area will be displayed on the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Antepartum Settings: Displays the configuration of the Antepartum report.
