There are several options to configure rate groups to an insurer.
Option #1
- Go to the Billing screen.
- Press the Settings button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Fee Schedules option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the plan, to which you want to add the fee.
- Once selected, press the Add button, located in the Business Units / Fee Schedules column.
- A row will be enabled to add the title of the new fare.
- Edit the name of your choice to identify the fare.
- Right-click on the Prices section. The following options will be displayed:
- Select the Append Medicare Codes + Rates option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the codes you wish to download. (For the purposes of this example, codes 99201 through 99215 will be copied).
- Once selected, press the Download button.
- The system will display the codes and rates, corresponding to Medicare.
- Once the process is complete, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.
- The codes will be displayed in the Prices section.
Option #2
Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
Select the Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Billing button and then select the Fee Schedules option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the plan, to which you want to add the fee.
- Once selected, press the Add button, located in the Business Units / Fee Schedules column.
- A row will be enabled to add the title of the new fare.
- Edit the name of your choice to identify the fare.
- Right-click on the Prices section. The following options will be displayed:
