Before: Billing Configuration

Before transmitting any invoices, you will need to set up the Billing area. For the purposes of this example, we will be in the test environment.


Electronic Transmission

  • Go to the Billing screen. 
  • Select the claim, which you want to send electronically. 
  • Once selected, press the Transmissions button and select the Transmit option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Send / Transmit button.
  • When the process of transmitting the claim is completed, the following screen will be displayed.


  • Press the Print button to print the transmission report.
  • The report will be automatically displayed for printing.


  • After you have printed the report, press the Cancel button to close the screen. 
  • When you return to the Billing screen, you will notice that the claim status will automatically change to Transmitted.
